- Additional operations or PMO experience in real-estate/infra will be considered a plus

Role Definition:
- To ensure Rio meets its sales targets from Corporates.
- To categorize & identify Corporates based on pre-defined criteria (e.g. sector, size of the business, staff strength) & decide privileges based on the same
- To ensure empanelment of with leading corporate houses
- To liaison with the Marketing team for timely delivery of customized collaterals
- To design events/seminars & propagate offers designed for corporates

- Establish, exercise- & monitor any business risks arising in the channel.
- Contribution of ACP Sales in Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume achievement (Units) as per target month on month.

Role Definition:
- To ensure Palava meets its sales targets via Alternate Channels.
- To identify ACP’s based on existing synergistic lines of business.(Insurance agents, Home Loan/Credit Card DSA’s, CA’s, brokerages, retail, tour operators etc ).
- Plan & forecast business quantum from ACP’s vis-à-vis support levels.
- Ensure empanelment of agents under the REAP program.
- Constantly empanel, train & monitor performance levels of ACP’s.
- To formulate & run channel contests.
- Head a key team of high caliber relationship managers.
- Ensure & monitor with adequate channel controls the empanelment and how the product is taken to market.

- Contribution of ICP Sales in Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume achievement (Units) as per target month on month.

Role Definition:
- To ensure Palava meets its sales targets from ICP’s.
- To identify ICP’s based on pre-defined criteria (distribution muscle, team size, current business model i.e telecalling-fos etc , current industry, set up etc ).
- Plan & forecast business quantum from ICP’s vis-à-vis support levels.
- Ensure empanelment of leading distribution houses under REAP.
- Head a team of high caliber relationship managers who manage ICP’s.
- To liaison with a team of ICP business managers to carry out sourcing activities.
- To design monthly promo’s and schemes in conjunction with the business managers to run for various ICP’s.
- To help leverage and piggy back on the existing distribution of ICP’s.
- Ensure & monitor adequate channel controls via process at and outside ICP premises in all solicitations for Palava.
- Explore distribution possibilities of cities out of Bombay.
- Educational: MBA or MBA Equivalent of Tier I/Tier II Institutes
- Prior Work Experience in managing distribution houses, large dsa’s in the banking domain(Preferably MNC’s).
